*الاوراق المطلوبه لزواج الاجنبيه من المصرى :-
- شهاده عدم ممانعه من سفاره الزوجه الاجنبية داخل مصر مصدق عليها من الخارجية المصريه (الديانه – الحاله الاجتماعية ) اذا كان احد الاطراف ليبى الرجوع لرئيس المكتب
- جواز سفر الزوجه الاجنبية + ختم الاقامه الرجوع لرئيس المكتب
- شهادتين فحص طبى لراغبى الزواج من اى مستشفى حكوميه او اى مركز صحى
- 2 شهود
- 5 صور شخصيه للزوجين
- بطاقة الزوج المصرى
*The documents required for the marriage of a foreigner to an Egyptian: -
- A certificate of no objection from the foreign wife’s embassy inside Egypt certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry (religion - marital status) if one of the parties wants to refer to the head of the office
- The foreign wife’s passport + residence stamp. Refer to the head of the office
- Two medical examination certificates for those wishing to get married from any government hospital or health center
- 2 witnesses
- 5 personal photos of the couple
- Egyptian husband’s card
*الاوراق المطلوبه لزواج المصريه من الاجنبى :-
- شهاده عدم ممانعه من سفاره الزوج الاجنبى داخل مصر مصدق عليها من الخارجيه مبين بها (الديانه – المهنه – الدخل – محل الاقامه – الحاله الاجتماعية – وعدد الابناء وفى حاله عدم وجود ابناء يذكر ذلك فى الشهاده – تاريخ ومحل الميلاد) اذا كان احد الاطراف ليبى او الزوج اردنى الرجوع لرئيس المكتب
- جواز سفر الزوج الاجنبى + ختم الاقامه ختم الاقامه
- شهادتين فحص طبى لراغبى الزواج من اى مستشفى حكوميه او اى مركز صحى
- 2 شهود
- 5 صور شخصيه للزوجين
- بطاقه الزوجه المصرية +شهاده ميلاد مميكنه
- قيد طلاق فى حال اذا كانت الزوجه مطلقه
-قيد وفاة اذا كانت الزوجه ارمله( المتوفى عنها زوجها )
*The documents required for the marriage of an Egyptian woman to a foreigner: -
- A certificate of non-objection from the foreign spouse’s embassy inside Egypt, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stating (religion - profession - income - place of residence - marital status - number of children, and in the event that there are no children, this is mentioned in the certificate - date and place of birth) if one of the parties is Libyan. Or the husband wants to return to the head of the office
- The foreign spouse’s passport + residence stamp + residence stamp
- Two medical examination certificates for those wishing to get married from any government hospital or health center
- 2 witnesses
- 5 personal photos of the couple
- Egyptian wife’s card + automated birth certificate
- Divorce registration if the wife is divorced
- Death registration if the wife is a widow (whose husband has died)
ملاحظه:-
- يجب على المصرى المسيحى تقديم خلو موانع مصدق عليه من الكتدرائية ثم تصديق مديرية الامن
فى حاله عدم احتواء عدم الممانعه الصادره من السفاره داخل جمهوريه مصر العربيه على بند الديانه فيرجى استخرجها من البلد ثم تصديقها من السفاره المصريه بالخارج ثم تصديقها من الخارجيه المصريه بجمهورية مصر العربيه
note:-
- The Egyptian Christian must submit a certificate of impediment certificate certified by the cathedral and then certified by the Security Directorate
If the non-objection issued by the embassy inside the Arab Republic of Egypt does not contain the religion clause, please extract it from the country, then authenticate it from the Egyptian embassy abroad, then authenticate it from the Egyptian Foreign Ministry in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

- شهادتين فحص طبى لراغبى الزواج من اى مستشفى حكوميه او اى مركز صحى
- 2 شهود
- 5 صور شخصيه للزوجين
*The documents required for a foreign woman to marry a foreigner: -
- A certificate of no objection from the embassy of each spouse inside Egypt, certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, indicating (religion - marital status)
- A passport for both spouses + a residence stamp for tourist residency
- Two medical examination certificates for those wishing to get married from any government hospital or health center
- 2 witnesses
- 5 personal photos of the couple
ملاحظة :-
على المصريه التى ترغب فى الزواج من اجنبى (امريكى- بريطانى - كندى - النمسا - تونس - .....)
التوجهه الى مصلحة الشهر العقارى والتوثيق
الكائنة 57 ش رمسيس – القاهرة
وذلك لعمل استثناء من تقديم شهادتى السفاره حيث ان السفارات التى يحمل جنسيتها الاجانب المذكورين عاليه تقدم اقرارات من السفاره وليس موافقه سفارة + شهاده بالديانه ( تاكيد اسلام او شهاده بالديانه)
*بالنسبة للاجنبيات المطلقات اللاتى يحملن جنسيات الدول التى تقدم اقرارات من السفاره وليس موافقات من السفاره
مثال ذلك ( امريكا – بريطانيا – كندا - النمسا – التشيك – سلوفاكيا .......)
يلزم تقديم حكم طلاق نهائى او حكم طلاق + شهاده بعدم حصول استئناف مصدق عليهم من السفاره المصريه بالخارج ثم التصديق عليها من الخارجية المصرية
*بالنسبة للدول التى ليس لها تمثيل دبلوماسى فى مصر يلزم تقديم ما يفيد (الديانه والحاله الاجتماعيه وعدم الممانعه) من الدوله التى تحمل جنسيتها المواطنه الاجنبيه ويتم التصديق عليها من السفاره المصريه بالخارج ثم التصديق عليه من الخارجية المصرية
note :-
The Egyptian woman who wants to marry a foreigner (American - British - Canadian - Austria - Tunisia - .....)
Go to the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Authority
Located at 57 Ramses Street - Cairo
This is to make an exception to submitting the two embassy certificates, as the embassies whose nationality is the foreigners mentioned above provide declarations from the embassy, not embassy approval + a certificate of religion (confirmation of Islam or a certificate of religion).
*For divorced foreign women who hold the nationalities of countries that submit declarations from the embassy and not approvals from the embassy.
Example: (America - Britain - Canada - Austria - Czechia - Slovakia...)
It is necessary to submit a final divorce ruling or a divorce ruling + a certificate of no appeal, authenticated by the Egyptian embassy abroad, then authenticated by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.
*For countries that do not have diplomatic representation in Egypt, it is necessary to provide evidence of (religion, marital status, and non-objection) from the country whose nationality is foreign citizenship, and it must be authenticated by the Egyptian embassy abroad and then authenticated by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.
