ما هي الاقامه الزوجيه ؟

?What is marital residency

هي تلك الاقامه التي تمنح لزوج المصريه او لزوجة المصري بناءعلي رابطه الزواج، وتكون مدتها سنة تجدد لثلاث سنوات ومن ثم تجدد لخمس سنوات، وذلك بشرط استمرار العلاقة الزوجية. ويحصل أقارب الزوجة أو الزوج الأجنبي من الدرجة الأولي والثانية على إقامة سنوية بكفالة الزوجة أو الزوج المصري.

This is the residence permit granted to the husband of an Egyptian woman or wife based on the marriage bond. Its duration is one year, renewable for three years, and then renewed for five years, provided that the marital relationship continues. The first and second degree relatives of the foreign wife or husband obtain an annual .residence permit sponsored by the Egyptian wife or husband

?How do I get a residency for my wife in Egypt

للحصول على إقامة في مصر للمتزوجين، يجب على الطرفين الحضور إلى مقر إدارة الهجرة والجوازات وتقديم الوثائق التالية:

  1. عقد الزواج الموثّق: يجب تقديم عقد الزواج الموثق بشكل رسمي.
  2. جواز السفر والبطاقة الشخصية: يتعيّن تقديم جواز سفر الزوج الأجنبي، وبطاقة الهوية الشخصية للزوج المصري.


To obtain a residence permit in Egypt for married couples, both parties must come to the Immigration and Passports Department headquarters and submit the following documents:

A certified marriage contract: The certified marriage contract must be submitted officially.

Passport and ID card: The passport of the foreign husband and the ID card of the Egyptian husband must be submitted.

أنواع الإقامات في مصر
Types of residence in Egypt
  1. أقامه الطلاب، تبدأ مدتها من 3 أشهر وتنتهي بسنة واحدة.
  2. الإقامة الاستثمارية تتراوح مدتها بين سنة و5 سنوات.
  3. الإقامة العقارية تتراوح مدتها بين 3 و5 سنوات. 
  4. إقامة المتزوجين من المصريين تتراوح مدتها بين سنة و3 سنوات.
Student residency, its duration starts from 3 months and ends with one year.
Investment residency ranges from 1 to 5 years.
Real estate residency ranges from 3 to 5 years.
Residency for married Egyptians ranges from 1 to 3 years.


كيف اعمل اقامه لزوجتي الأجنبيه؟
?How do I get a residency for my foreign wife

الاوراق المطلوبة والإجراءات:
  1. أصل عقد الزواج المصري.
  2. أصل جواز السفر المصرى للزوج.
  3. أصل جواز السفر البريطانى/ الأجنبى للزوجة.
  4. شهادة الميلاد المصرية المميكنة للزوج.
  5. شهادة الميلاد المصرية المميكنة لوالد الزوج.
  6. 4 صور شخصية للزوجة.
  7. طلب من الزوجة برغبتها فى اكتساب الجنسية المصرية (يتم استيفائه بالقنصلية).
Required documents and procedures:
Original Egyptian marriage contract.
Original Egyptian passport for the husband.
Original British/foreign passport for the wife.
Egyptian computerized birth certificate for the husband.
Egyptian computerized birth certificate for the husband's father.
4 personal photos of the wife.
A request from the wife expressing her desire to acquire Egyptian citizenship (to be completed at the consulate).
