شروط زواج الروسيات والاوكرانيات
يعد زواج المصريين من رعايا الدول الاجنبية من حالات الزواج المنتشرة بكثرة نظرا لان الشباب المصرى يجد
ضالته فى السفر خارج البلاد و الحصول على الاقامة فى الزواج من احدى رعايا الدول الاجنبية
و التى تتشدد سفارتهن فى مصر فى اعطائهن موافقات السفارة الخاصة بالزواج و بالاخص سفارات بعض الدول مثل انجلترا و فرنسا و المانيا
نظرا لتواجد المرأة الروسية او الاوكرانيه
و اقامتها شبه الدائمة بمصر فى مدن مثل مدينة الغردقة و امتلاكهن للكثير من الاماكن السياحية ادى ذلك الى وجود تواصل اجتماعى
بينهن و بين كثير من المصريين ينتهى فى احيانا كثيرة بالارتباط ثم الزواج و تعد حالات زواج الروسيات من مصريين من الحالات المنتشرة فى مصر الا انها تأثرت كثيرافى الاونة الاخيرة

و فيما يلى شروط زواج الروسية من مصرى وكذلك الاوكرانيات كما نصت عليها تعليمات الشهر العقارى :
1- ان يكون لديها اقامة لغير السياحة مدة لا تقل عن 3 شهور صادرة من ادارة الجوازات المصرية
2- ان يكون لديها جواز سفر سارى و اقامة سارية
3- احضار عدد 5 صور شخصية بخلفية بيضاء
4- احضار شهادة صحية خاصة بالزواج من احدى المستشفيات الحكومية تفيد خلوها من الامراض
5- احضار الزوجة موافقة بالزواج من سفارتها بمصر بها الاتى
الاسم – الجنسية – الديانة – العنوان – المهنة – الحالة الاجتماعية
*اذا كانت انسة يكتب انسة لم يسبق لها الزواج
* اذا كانت ارملة يكتب ارملة و متوفى عنها زوجها بتاريخ
* اذا كانت مطلقة يكتب مطلقة طلاق نهائى صادر من محكمة 0 فى يوم 0و لابد ان يكتب ان الطلاق نهائى
و البيان الاخير و الاهم ان يكتب انه لا مانع لدى السفارة من زواجها
يتم التصديق على هذه الشهادة من وزارة الخارجية المصرية
The following are the conditions for the marriage of a Russian woman to an Egyptian man, as well as a Ukrainian woman, as stipulated in the real estate registration instructions
She must have a non-tourist residence permit for a period of no less than 3 months issued by the Egyptian Passports Administration.
She must have a valid passport and valid residency
Bring 5 personal photos with a white background
Bring a health certificate for marriage from a government hospital stating that it is free of diseases
The wife must bring the following approval for marriage from her embassy in Egypt
Name - Nationality - Religion - Address - Occupation - Marital status
If it is a miss, it is written as a miss who has never been married
* If she is a widow, she is written as a widow and her husband has died on the date
* If she is divorced, a final divorce issued by a court shall be written as divorced (on Day 0, and it must be written that the divorce is final
The last and most important statement is to write that the embassy has no objection to her marriage
This certificate is authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
ملحوظة هامة جدا
– اذا كانت راغبة الزواج انسة فيمكن احضار الموافقة الخاصة بالزواج من بلدها او من سفارة بلدها بمصر مع اعتماد
الاوراق من السفارة او القنصلية المصرية فى بلدها ثم الخارجية الخاصة بدولتها اذا احضرت الموافقة من دولتها
– اذا كانت راغبة الزواج مطلقة او ارملة فلابد من احضار موافقة الزواج من سفارة دولتها بمصر مع احضار حكم
الطلاق الاصلى او شهادة الوفاة الاصلية معتمدة من الخارجية الخاصة بدولتها و السفارة المصرية هناك
A very important note
If she wants to marry a woman, she can bring the marriage approval from her country or from her country’s embassy in Egypt along with an accreditation.
Papers from the Egyptian embassy or consulate in her country, then the foreign ministry of her country if she brings approval from her country.
If the person wishing to marry is divorced or widowed, she must bring marriage approval from the embassy of her country in Egypt, along with a ruling.
The original divorce or original death certificate certified by the foreign ministry of its country and the Egyptian embassy there
