شروط الزواج من المغربية
الاوراق المطلوبة لزواج مغربية من مصري (فيما يخص الزوجة المغربية):-
– نسخة كاملة من رسم الولادة أو نسخة موجزة من رسم الولادة.
– شهادة العزوبة لمن لم يسبق لها الزواج من قبل مصدق عليها من الخارجية المغربية.
– اشهاد طلاق وشهادة بعدم الزواج بعد الطلاق مصدق عليها من الخارجية المغربية.
– شهادة وفاة الزوج وشهادة بعدم الزواج بعد الوفاة مصدق عليها من الخارجية المغربية.
– شهادة حسن السير والسلوك مصدق عليها من الخارجية المغربية.
– تقدم هذه المستندات مصدق عليها من الخارجية المغربية صالحة لمدة ٣ شهور.
– شهادة طبية مصدق عليها من المعامل المركزية لوزارة الصحة المصرية مصدق عليها من الخارجية المصرية.
– أصل وصورة جواز السفر + صورة اخر وصول لمصر + صورة الاقامة.
– صورة من البطاقة التعريف الوطنية + اصل.
– عدد ٢ صورة شخصية.
– حضور الشخص بذاته لمقر السفارة.
الاوراق المطلوبة للزواج من مغربية (فيما يخص الزوج المصري):-
– شهادة الميلاد الكمبيوتر
– صحيفة الحالة الجنائية
– شهادة مميكنة من السجل المدني موضح بها الحالة الاجتماعية للزوج .قيد فردي يثبت فيه أنه مطلق او اعزب
– اشهاد الطلاق النهائي مع شهادة مميكنة بالقيد العائلي متطابقة مع إشهاد الطلاق.
– شهادة بالدخل الشهري والوظيفة أو شهادة من التأمينات الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص
أو السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية المتعامل بها أو البطاقة المهنية سارية المفعول مع البطاقة الضريبية.
– شهادة طبية من المعامل المركزية لوزارة الصحة المصرية.
– تقدم هذه المستندات مصدق عليها من الخارجية المصرية صالحة لمدة ٣ شهور
– صورة من البطاقة القومية مطابقة للحالة الاجتماعية مع الأصل.
– ٢ صورة شخصية حديثة.
Documents required for the marriage of a Moroccan woman to an Egyptian (regarding the Moroccan wife): -
– A complete copy of the birth certificate or a summary copy of the birth certificate.
– A celibacy certificate for those who have never been married before, certified by the Moroccan Foreign Ministry.
– Divorce certificates and a certificate of non-marriage after divorce certified by the Moroccan Foreign Ministry.
– The husband’s death certificate and a certificate of non-marriage after death certified by the Moroccan Foreign Ministry.
– A certificate of good conduct certified by the Moroccan Foreign Ministry.
These documents must be submitted certified by the Moroccan Foreign Ministry and valid for 3 months.
– A medical certificate certified by the central laboratories of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.
– Original and copy of the passport + a copy of the last arrival in Egypt + a copy of the residence permit.
– A copy of the national ID card + original.
- 2 personal photos.
- The person must attend the embassy headquarters in person.
Documents required for marriage to a Moroccan woman (regarding the Egyptian husband):
– Computerized birth certificate
- Criminal record
- An automated certificate from the civil registry stating the marital status of the husband. An individual record proving that he is divorced or single
- Final divorce certificate with an automated family registration certificate identical to the divorce certificate.
– A certificate of monthly income and job, or a certificate from social insurance for the private sector
Or the commercial register and tax card used, or a valid professional card with the tax card.
– A medical certificate from the central laboratories of the Egyptian Ministry of Health.
These documents must be submitted certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry and valid for 3 months
– A copy of the national card matching the marital status with the original.
– 2 recent personal photos.
